When you visit the site

If you accept the cookie banner, an optional Google Analytics 4 cookie may record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type, country and referring site. IP addresses are anonymised. Declining means no analytics cookies are set.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by:

  • Hosting and email providers needed to run the site and reply to you
  • Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept cookies
  • Booking or payment tools when those go live (details will be updated here)

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiry and booking records: kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal or insurance requirements
  • Analytics data: retained according to the Google Analytics settings in use

Essential cookies are limited to remembering your cookie choice (kk_consent_v1). Analytics cookies load only after you click Accept. Change your mind anytime via Cookie settings.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Updates

We may update this policy as the booking system and contact channels go live. The date at the top will change when we do.
