These terms cover use of the Kettle Kulture website and participation in classes or coaching once booking is available.
1. Who we are
Kettle Kulture offers coached kettlebell training from Atlas Works, Nelson Street, Denton Holme, Carlisle CA2 5NB.
2. Website information
Class times, prices and packages will be published when confirmed. Until then, pages that list formats or packages may show “coming soon” rather than live commercial offers. Website copy is for information only and may change.
3. Bookings and payments
When online booking and payments go live, the price, cancellation window and package rules shown at checkout will apply. We will update this page with the final booking terms at that point.
4. Training participation
- You train at your own risk and should tell the coach about injuries or conditions that may affect participation.
- Coaching advice is not a substitute for medical care.
- We may refuse or stop a session if it is unsafe to continue.
5. Conduct
Respect the room, the coach and other members. Harassment or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks and media belong to Kettle Kulture unless stated otherwise. Do not reuse them without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable from use of the site.
